I am a graduate of the Schulich School of Business at York University, and hold a CPA & CA designation as of 2005 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (ICAO). I have worked for major financial institutions for over the past 15 years, and last at TD Canada Trust where I was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award for Mortgage Originations. With previous work experience at KPMG and Deloitte, I offer a professional level of experience and service to assist you with your real estate / borrowing and planning needs. With access to most major Banks and many alternative lenders I can offer a wide range of mortgage products along with exceptional rates.
I specialize in residential purchases and refinance, debt consolidations and commercial mortgages.

Nitin has over 18 years of experience in the Financial Industry primarily in Retail & Business Banking combined with Wealth Management & Stock Broking proficiency.
In his previous assignment ,he was working with TD Canada Trust as an Account Manager Small Business & taking care of Business & Commercial Mortgages Prior to Business Banking, he was working as Financial Advisor with TD & taking care of Residential Mortgages along with the Investments field. Started as FSR with TD Canada Trust & promoted way up to AMSB over a 7-year career with TD validates strong Professional ethics paired with robust client relationship management. In addition, his experience of working in India with HDFC Bank, Yes Bank & Reliance Capital also helped him understanding the financial industry ,corporate financing requirement, branch operations, Stock/Derivatives strategies & financial risk assessment. He completed his Graduation in Commerce from Punjab University, Chandigarh & also holds an IPCC Certification from ICAI, Delhi.
